What's Included, and What's Billed Separately
The $5 per employee per month platform fee covers claim validation, payroll reconciliation, plan documents, reporting, and in-app and telephonic support. It does not include actual dental claims, which are billed separately and scale with what employees use, up to the annual maximum set in your plan design. This is different from a traditional insurance premium, which bundles administrative cost and claims payout into one fixed number regardless of usage.
